Well, as the title suggests, I have one tip to help you smoothen things in your body.

You must have probably wondered why the obsession with smoothies?
Allow me to let you in on one of the things I love to do, EAT!
While at it, EAT all the wrong and good stuff!
Until 3 days before launching my blog, I recall, deciding to give up on the notion that my body is ok, as it was giving me all sorts of bad vybz!
I mean, I had promised to eat better and do better when it comes to my health this year! (ati 2017 resolutions)
The aches, pains sleepless nights called for a doctor! “I need to go see a doctor”, I kept telling my husband for atleast 3 months prior.But that Saturday morning was the day.
Well to cut the long story short there was only bad news, not only bad, seriously devasting!
I called my husband and was like, “I had just started going to the gym and trying to do better!”
Why Lord? Why this now! I tried reasoning with God!
Medicine is not healthcare
Food is healthcare
Medicine is sick care
Let’s all get this straight!
So then, I came back home with a shitload of medicines, that made me angry saying, “Devil you are a liar, you mean I have been reduced to this!”
“By the stripes of Jesus I am healed!”
I called up my mum and mentioned to her the doctors report.
She didn’t talk for a minute, if I know my mum, she was worried sick.
Day in, day out, the results were still reflecting that things were getting worse.
She told me, Tabby, you have to start taking care of yourself! I wondered, I eat mama! I go for my mani pedis well in, every once a month! I pray! I do what I ought to do! What do you mean?
She asked me what I eat in a day.
I went quiet! That was my light bulb moment! I was not eating right!
The greatest medicine of all is to teach people how to not need it!
When diet is wrong medicine is of no use!
It was about time, I started learning the element of creating healthy habits not restrictions.
It was not right that I would drink a bottle of soda or 2 every week, junk, or that I dug into a piece of cake every now and then! Then my water intake was pathetic to say the least!
Something had to change, and that meant now!
So the next thing on my mind was the decision to substitute unhealthy meals and snacks with healthy ones. This has been a journey. Every now and then I have fallen off healthy eating, but the power is in trying again and again till you get it right!
With my sweet tooth always nagging me not to mention having mad cravings, starting to eat foods without labels would mean no more calorie counting! Yet I would still enjoy the sugars from fruits and a few veggies!
"You got this girl!" I kept telling myself.
And ever since I have not stopped. All I can say my body has ever since thanked me! I have energy for days, I sleep soundly and my life generally has been more exciting.
They say health is wealth!
So let me pass this down to you, start taking care of your body! We only have one! How your body is behaving is just telling you what’s going on the inside and that’s what you have been giving it!
Different fruits and veggies offer various types of nutrients and vitamins that your body needs. Choose wisely.
